IR Engraving Acquires Decorative Technologies Division of RotaDyne

October 2, 2017 – IR Engraving LLC today announced that it has acquired certain assets, intellectual property, and current orders of the Decorative Technologies Division of Rotation Dynamics Corporation (RotaDyne): which includes, Wood Graphics, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary, located in Cincinnati, OH and the United Engraving operation located in Statesville, NC.  Senior management will be continuing with the company.
